ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Accounting Manager (E-Commerce / Retail / wholesale)

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts & Inventory for online and retail operations
• Oversee revenue recognition from e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify).
• Monitor payment gateways, refunds, chargebacks, and sales reconciliation.
• Prepare GST submissions and liaise with IRAS.
• Support management with profit margin analysis, campaign ROI, and inventory costing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on promotions, discounts, and supplier payments.
• Lead automation of finance workflows with systems (SiteGiant, Xero, AutoCount).

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / Finance preferred.
• 2 years experience in accounting, with at least 1 in e-commerce/retail.
• Knowledge of Singapore GST and cross-border tax.
• Hands-on with accounting/ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
