. Preparing financial data for entry into the accounting system
. Responsible for closing reports (monthly, quarterly, and yearly)
. Analyse financial data for management review and internal control purposes.

. Carry any other ad-hoc admin duties and operational support as required or assigned by the Manager
. Collection and checking invoices and supporting documents.
. Managing all project-related documentation. Able to perform administrative duties (e.g. filing, creating, duplicating, etc). Collating and maintaining the database
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & Ability to do multitask
. Proficient in MS Office applications
. ..Must have ZOHO accounting software knowledge
