Accounting Manager

Our Client is a MNC in the manufacturing industry with a strong presence in Asia. A need has arisen to hire an Accounting Manager to lead the Shared Service Centre in Regional HQ, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant accounting, month-end closing, corporate reporting and governance for SEA countries and Australia.

The role also acts as the Regional Key User and Regional Process Owner for General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, driving harmonised process design, effective controls, user enablement, continuous improvement and alignment with Corporate Finance standards.

The role further supports regional tax and treasury matters by coordinating with local finance teams, Corporate Tax, Corporate Treasury and external advisors to ensure compliance with tax, transfer pricing, cash flow, FX and treasury requirements, while identifying opportunities to optimise tax efficiency, liquidity and financial risk management across the region.

To qualify, you should be a qualified accountant with at least 8 years experience working in a shared service setting. Prior experience in process improvement is beneficial with the ability to work with stakeholders in different countries. SAP system knowledge is required.
