Job Description
You will be part of a growing regional team, acting as a key point of contact for a wide range of clients and colleagues. This is a dynamic role that will allow you to develop not only your technical knowledge but also your professional network and business acumen. Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries
- Review and ensure timely completion of monthly/quarterly/annual management accounts, financial statements, GST returns, and other statutory filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SFRS, Companies Act, and IRAS requirements
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of senior associates and associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Allocate workloads, monitor deadlines, and manage resources to ensure smooth delivery of client engagements
- Collaborate with other functions within the company and across offices in other countries to ensure service delivery excellence
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline
- CPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, ideally in a corporate services, outsourced accounting, or professional services environment
- Strong knowledge of Singapore corporate regulations, SFRS, GST, CPF and basic tax principles
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-management abilities
- Able to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office
