Accounting & Human Resources Manager

Company Overview:

Our client is a Singapore-based leader in sustainable agricultural technology, dedicated to addressing food security challenges in the FMCG industry.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-onHR & Accounts Manager to support our Singapore operations. The ideal candidate will oversee HR and part of Finance functions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interviews.
• Manage payroll and employee benefits administration in compliance with local regulations.
• Provide HR advisory and handle employee relations and performance management.
• Ensure HR compliance and manage government-related matters (e.g., work passes).
• Lead finance team in accounting, reporting, budgeting, and taxation matters.
• Coordinate with the regional office for finance and accounting activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR and finance, preferably in FMCG, retail, or food services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Singapore labor laws and financial regulations.
• Working location: East
