ABOUT US:

Established in 2000 and headquartered in Singapore, iHub Solutions is a Logistics Technology (LogTech) firm providing third-party logistics services across Malaysia, Hong Kong, the Philippines and Thailand. Our warehousing and last-mile fulfilment services are powered by a proprietary technology stack, featuring our Virtual Logistics System (VLS) WMS and Cloud Transport System (CTS) TMS. Beyond standard 3PL, we act as a software integrator and e-commerce enabler, seamlessly connecting logistics data with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms to provide greater visibility and smarter operations.

Job Description:

Perform day-to-day accounting transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and current account reconciliations.
Support the timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
Investigate and resolve Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with auditors and assist in audit preparation, documentation, and queries.
Manage Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable functions for local and overseas entities.
Monitor cash flow and follow up on outstanding collections.
Ensure proper accounting records and supporting documentation are maintained.
Support finance-related projects and undertake other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Experience with MYOB, accounting software, or ERP systems will be an advantage.
Comfortable working with digital tools; familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
