Accounting Executive - Client Accounting

We are a public accounting corporation in Singapore looking for an Accounting Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate has relevant accounting experience, is able to handle full sets of accounts, and is comfortable supporting a portfolio of clients in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients
• Prepare management accounts, schedules, and reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare GST workings and related accounting support
• Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years relevant accounting experience in Singapore
• Experience in a public accounting firm / accounting firm / outsourced accounting environment preferred
• Able to handle full sets of accounts
• Familiar with Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB or similar
• Good Excel, organisational, and communication skills
