• Process supplier invoices, payments and employee expense claims.
• Handle vendor registration and resolve supplier account queries.
• Reconcile supplier statements and corporate credit card transactions.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end closing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor petty cash.
• Prepare weekly cash flow reports and support process improvements.
• Assist with ad hoc accounting duties as required
