Job Description

Admin & Accounts Executive (Permanent)

Paya Lebar Area
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Looking to kickstart or grow your accounting career This role is perfect for fresh graduates or accounting professionals with 1-2 years of experience who enjoy a hands-on, dynamic work environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily AR & AP functions

  • Perform monthly closing and bank reconciliation

  • Prepare quarterly billing and GST submission

  • Consolidate financial documents (e.g., bank statements and supporting schedules)

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records

  • Assist with general administrative and ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience

  • Able to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a small office environment

  • Meticulous, responsible, and eager to learn
