Accountant

We are a diversified business group with interests in construction, e-commence and trading businesses. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our small finance team based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full financial and management reporting functions in all financial aspects, including group consolidation, full set of accounts, reconciliations and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance to regulations, accounting policies and procedures in relation to audit, tax and corporate secretarial matters.
• Liaises with overseas finance teams and external parties including auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary.
• Assist in office administrative and HR matters.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of working experience in the related field in required for this position.
• Prior experience in accounting firm will be an added advantage.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken & written) as this position involves communication with China offices.
• Strong attention to details, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a small team or a start-up environment.
