Job Description

Oversee the review of subsidiaries monthly accounts, reporting packages and tax filing documents, ensuring accurate and timely month-end closing and tax submissions
Conduct variance analysis and prepare key management financial reports
Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle and mentor team members as needed
Track subsidiaries cash flows and funding requirements
Advise local and/or regional subsidiaries on accounting matters
Prepare draft statutory financial statements
Coordinate with subsidiaries outsourced accountants, company secretaries, auditors and tax consultants
Support the Group's forecasting and budgeting process
Uphold compliance with the accounting policies, guidelines and internal controls set by Head Office
Provide support on other financial matters as required
