In this role, you will be instrumental in driving finance operational performance and delivering critical financial analysis required to fuel sustained business growth. Your responsibilities include overseeing the complete monthly and annual financial closing cycles while maintaining control over inventory management processes. You will serve as the primary liaison for external audits and maintain professional relationships with banking partners, tax agents, and other statutory bodies. Furthermore, you will produce comprehensive monthly financial reports and provide deep-dive variance analysis to support executive decision-making while streamlining accounting frameworks and internal controls to enhance organizational efficiency.

skills and experience required

You should possess a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy and come with professional certifications including CA/ACCA. You must demonstrate proficiency in financial reporting, statutory compliance, and the management of GST reconciliations. You have a successful track record of executing cross-functional initiatives that focus on operational cost savings and increased profitability.

You should also have experience contributing to digital transformation or system enhancement projects. You possess good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to manage diverse stakeholder interests and complex regulatory requirements effectively.
