Job Description
- Prepare month-end financial packs and regional reporting
- Produce insightful analyses to support business decisions
- Maintain accurate data in the accounting system
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support operations
- Enter approved payments into online banking platforms
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and US SOX regulations
- Be onsite on show days to support financial operations, merchandise sales, and real-time queries
- Manage concert/tour settlements
- Conduct project reconciliations and maintain clear documentation
- Handle merchandise inventory accounting and sales reporting
- Prepare GST, withholding tax, and other tax submissions
- Ensure timely, accurate financial statements under SFRS and IFRS
- Support ad-hoc administrative duties
- Contribute to other accounting tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related fields
- At least 5 years in accounting/finance with multi-entity experience
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to work under pressure
- Able to commit to late nights or weekends on show days at concert venues
