Accountant
Job Summary
Lead and manage a full-scope accounting team, overseeing ERP, SAP, production, and warehouse systems. Drive accurate financial reporting, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational and financial integrity.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate visibility and track variations of Sales Orders to support operational decisions
- Manage payment accuracy by identifying and resolving discrepancies and inconsistencies
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of source data for reliable financial processing
- Generate monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets lead year-end account closing activities
- Lead and oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cost Accounting functions to optimize financial workflows
- Collaborate with Operations Director, Finance, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, design solutions, and implement controls
- Understand synchronization processes between SAP S/4Hana Public Cloud Edition and internal systems to enhance data flow
- Design and follow up on accounting processes with overseas representatives in Vietnam, Cambodia, and China to ensure compliance and efficiency
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting roles covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cost Accounting
- At least 2 years of experience working with SAP systems, preferably SAP S/4Hana
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
- Strong managerial skills demonstrated by ability to conduct deep-dive analyses and create effective accounting processes
