Manage full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
. Prepare accurate monthly financial and management reports, including P&L statements and cash flow forecasts.
. Track and reconcile daily sales data from POS systems.
. Handle supplier invoicing, payments, and liaise with vendors.
. Monitor F&B cost of goods sold (COGS) and stock movements.
. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, and annual audit support.
. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
. Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance.
. Use Xero to maintain up-to-date financial records and reports.
. Coordinate with internal teams and outlet managers to ensure timely financial inputs.
. Visit outlets when required.
Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
. Proficient in Xero Accounting Software.
. Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and GST reporting.
. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
. Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
. Strong communication skills to work across departments.
Preferred Qualifications
. Experience in multi-outlet or group accounting.
. Familiar with F&B POS systems and inventory control processes.
. Able to start immediately or within short notice.
