About the Opportunity

A fast-growing international company is looking for an Accountant to support its overseas finance operations across multiple markets. This role offers exposure to cross-border tax, financial reporting, and business expansion in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibility

. Liaise with overseas auditors and tax advisors, mainly covering Singapore and Hong Kong

. Support cross-border tax matters and provide advisory input for overseas business operations

. Review business contracts and monitor processes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks

. Review overseas-related payments and ensure proper accounting treatment and controls

. Prepare financial statements for overseas entities and support group consolidation reporting

Key Requirements

. Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field

. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to cross-border or regional operations

. Familiar with general ledger, financial reporting, and tax compliance

. Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving business environment

. Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.
