Lead SAP FI and CO module expertise to support finance system implementation, testing, data validation, and user acceptance to ensure successful deployment and enhancements
Develop and deliver user guides, process documentation, and training materials to enhance finance staff proficiency in SAP
Monitor SAP system performance daily and identify opportunities to improve processes and automate finance functions for operational efficiency
Provide functional support to finance users by diagnosing and resolving SAP system issues to maintain smooth daily operations
Collaborate with IT, SAP consultants, and finance and operations stakeholders to coordinate issue resolution, system enhancements, and integration activities
Ensure SAP system processes and configurations comply with internal controls and accounting standards to maintain financial integrity
Review and manage the timely submission of group monthly, quarterly, and annual management and budget reports to the head office
Analyze and review group and subsidiary budgets quarterly to support financial planning and control
Perform additional finance-related duties as assigned to support organizational objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor of Accountancy or equivalent
At least 3 years of SAP experience with FI, CO, and related modules (e.g., SD, PP, MM) in a finance role
Familiarity with month-end closing activities and financial reporting in SAP S4 Hana
Strong knowledge of costing and financial accounting entries related to manufacturing processes
SAP certification is an advantage
Knowledge of SAP reporting tools (e.g., Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud) is beneficial
Prior involvement in SAP system upgrades, testing, or change management
Demonstrated experience providing user support and training to finance teams
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Well organized and meticulous with an eye for detail
