Job Summary

Accountable for comprehensive finance and accounting functions, ensuring compliance with SAS/IFRS standards and internal procedures. Collaborate with auditors and tax consultants, support financial reporting cycles, and contribute proactively to team efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of finance and accounting tasks to ensure accurate financial operations
• Apply SAS/IFRS accounting principles and Financial Manual procedures to maintain compliance
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes
• Liaise effectively with internal and external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate audits and tax matters
• Prepare Head-Office and statutory financial reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts to support business planning
• Conduct tests of controls to evaluate internal control adequacy and compliance with group policies
• Identify and report non-compliance issues and recommend improvements to finance policies
• Lead the annual group internal controls campaign to strengthen governance
• Support trade compliance initiatives and promote fraud awareness programs within the company
• Adhere to health, safety, and environment (HSE) regulations as required by law and company policies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Up-to-date technical knowledge of financial reporting standards
• Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines
• Experience working within an international group and reporting to overseas headquarters
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
