Job Description

The Role

Our client is seeking a skilled finance professional to support the financial closing, budgeting, and group consolidation processes while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies. Key responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing financial reports from overseas entities, liaising with overseas finance teams, preparing group financial and management reports, and assisting with result announcements, financial statements, and annual reports. The role also involves contributing to the annual audit process, tax filing matters, and system implementation or improvements as needed. The candidate will also participate in ad-hoc projects, initiatives, and other assignments, ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Finance, Accounting, ACCA, or CA, with at least 5 years of accounting / audit experience.Corporate Finance, Accounting, and coordination skills are essential for success in this position.
