Job Summary
You will serve as the primary business support and accounting liaison for a digital marketplace platform across a regional territory. You will lead the end-to-end order to cash process execution and resolve related issues to ensure operational excellence. Collaborating closely with the regional Corporate Accounting team, you will deliver accurate financial reporting and align accounting impacts with marketplace changes. You will also identify opportunities to automate and enhance processes within the order to cash cycle, driving efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily business support activities and serve as the accounting point of contact for the digital marketplace platform within the regional territory
- Execute and oversee the end-to-end order to cash process to ensure timely and accurate transaction flow
- Diagnose and resolve issues arising in the order to cash cycle to maintain seamless operations
- Prepare and deliver financial reports for the digital marketplace, collaborating with the regional Corporate Accounting team to ensure alignment on accounting impacts from marketplace changes
- Identify, propose, and implement automation and process improvements to optimize the order to cash cycle and enhance operational efficiency
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and financial accuracy
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree qualification with a minimum of 5 years experience in revenue accounting, accounts receivable, financial analysis, or audit within a large organization
- Strong interpersonal & analytical skills
