Job Description & Requirements
- Maintain full set of accounts and ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and forecast in accordance to IFRS accounting standards
- Handle day to day account operations and be responsible for accounting processes and tasks
- Responsible for preparation of monthly management reports including the current month's closing results and 3-month forecast
- Reconcile intercompany balances/transactions and ensure account
- reconciliations are performed and reviewed
- Prepare weekly cashflow report, bank reconciliation and journal entries
- Handle annual audit and tax agent for annual filing
- Prepare GST submission and tax filing
- Assist in new processes and system implementation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Able to guide and manage a team of Accounts Executive
- Any other tasks as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of Accounting and finance principles and practices
- Experience in project costing and accruals
- Good knowledge of ERP systems in general. Navision and SAP knowledge is helpful.
- Team player with confidence and maturity to work efficiently with different levels in the organization.
