Managing accounting and ensure the accuracy and timely submission of monthly and year-end management reports and analysis by reviewing submissions from subordinates.
Preparation of budgets and forecasts, collaborate cross-functionally with HODs to support and align financial plans with business objectives.
Strong in analysis of financial numbers; and to highlight any discrepancies or issues.
Strong relevant accounting knowledge and updates of relevant Accounting Standards and company policy to ensure books are maintained in compliance and order.
Review and ensure tax compliance for activities including GST and corporate tax computation and tax-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with group policies and local statutory requirements.
Providing commentaries on operational performance and support operational planning, operations, and implementation of financial and internal controls.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best practices; and this may include review of policies and continual process re-engineering.
Provide support and guidance to the finance team, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
Assist in treasury and bank related matters including cashflow forecast.

Education And Experience
Minimum Degree or Diploma in relevant disciplines
3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in similar sectors
Relevant finance experience in the Social Service sector would be an advantage.
