Job Description
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will support the full accounting cycle for Singapore-based entities while working closely with regional stakeholders.
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, and bank entries
- Prepare payments, book purchase and sales invoices, and manage reconciliations
- Support monthly and annual financial close including accruals and prepayments
- Maintain accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow schedules
- Assist with GST filings, audits, and statutory reporting requirements
- Support intercompany transactions and financial analysis as required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar accounting role
- Hands-on experience with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Exposure to GST and statutory compliance
- Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive and accountable working style
