My client is a fast-growing startup in the manufacturing space, driven by innovation, sustainability, and a passion for building high-quality products. As they scale operations, were looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Accountant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory reporting
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
- Implement and improve accounting systems and processes
- Assist in inventory costing and manufacturing-related financial analysis
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or startup environment
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of financial principles and local tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
