Accountant Manager

(1) Managing and supervising the daily financial affairs of multinational companies in countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, India, the Philippines and the United States

(2) Providing financial-related data and reports to the management

(3) Establishing and improving financial accounting methods, policies and principles, and supervising the implementation

(4) Coordinating and completing monthly and annual audits of the assigned companies.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

. Financial accounting management: Complete daily accounting and reconciliation,and cooperate with internal accounting spot checks to ensure timely and accurate monthly settlement

. Financial statement management: responsible for preparing financial statements and budget reports, making revenue and expenditure variance analysis reports to management

. Fund management: Review reimbursement documents, complete payment process ensure the standardization of fund receipts and payments and the rational allocation of funds

. Tax monitoring and declaration

. Audit supporting: Responsible for providing financial data and statements, and cooperating in completing internal and external compliance audits, including but not limited to audits with compliance team, EY team and local SG/MY/PH/IND Auditors.

. Invoicing and receivables follow-up: Issue invoices according to contract agreements and send them to designated personnel as required,prepare AR report and follow up of overdue receivables

. Salary Management: responsible for calculating and checking payroll , and preparing payroll statements

. Contract management: Responsible for contract management and supplier management for the entities

. Outgoing matters: responsible for handling business matters that need to be handled at counters of external institutions such as banking institutions and tax authorities

Education : Bachelors Degree or equivalent
