We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling full sets of accounts, financial reporting, and supporting business operations with accurate financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Manage GST submissions and ensure compliance with Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) regulations
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure timely closing of accounts and financial reporting deadlines
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.
