Demonstrated hands-on experience in external audit processes and preparation of group consolidated accounts in compliance with relevant financial reporting standards.
Responsible for bookkeeping, reconciliation, and full-spectrum accounting, including the accurate balancing and control of all general ledger accounts such as cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and others.
Prepare and present monthly and annual financial statements including the Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement, along with any additional financial reports required by Management.
Lead the group consolidation process and coordinate year-end statutory audits with external auditors.
Perform Accounts Payable (AP) functions including the daily entry of supplier invoices, preparation of payment vouchers, and issuance of cheques.
Prepare and maintain monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash positions.
Issue Debit Notes and Commercial Invoices, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system.
Generate and submit statutory tax reports, assist in the preparation and review of corporate tax filings, and ensure adherence to all tax compliance requirements.
Liaise effectively with auditors, tax agents, and other professional consultants on accounting, audit, and taxation matters.
Advise management on relevant legal and regulatory requirements relating to accounting, taxation, and financial compliance.
Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register, prepare audit schedules, and post relevant journal entries including depreciation, accruals, advances, and other necessary adjustments.
Support and participate in other duties or responsibilities as assigned by Management, contributing to continuous improvements in finance and operations.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are preferred and may be required depending on the role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and external parties.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Solid understanding of mathematical principles, accounting standards, and financial processes.
Demonstrates high standards of professional ethics, integrity, and confidentiality in handling financial information.
