Job Summary
Julian Grey seeks an Accountant to manage client accounting, reporting, and finance operations. The role involves full sets of accounts management, month-end close support, client collaboration on financial reporting, and exposure to group consolidations and finance advisory.
Responsibilities
- Manage full sets of accounts to ensure accurate and timely financial records for multiple client engagements
- Execute month-end close processes to support accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Collaborate with clients to deliver day-to-day finance functions and resolve accounting queries
- Support group consolidation activities to assist in preparing consolidated financial statements
- Advise on finance operations and contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency through automation and system improvements
- Manage multiple engagements simultaneously with strong attention to detail and ownership of deliverables
- Develop skills beyond traditional accounting to include broader finance and operational advisory functions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working in outsourced accounting environments
- Exposure to international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
