We are looking for a meticulous and organised Accounts Executive to manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate is familiar with Singapore's regulatory environment, including IRAS requirements, CPF contributions, and MOM regulations.
Bookkeeping & General Accounts
- Maintain clients accounting records per SFRS
- Process transactions, journal entries, bank & balance sheet reconciliations
- Handle month-end and year-end closing
- Support audits and maintain proper document filing
Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Issue sales invoices and monitor outstanding payments
- Follow up on overdue accounts and prepare AR aging reports
- Reconcile customer payments and resolve billing disputes
Payroll
- Process monthly payroll and generate itemised payslips
- Submit CPF, SDL, and FWL contributions
- Handle NS make-up pay, maternity/paternity leave claims
Tax & Compliance
- File quarterly GST returns (Form F5) via myTax Portal
- Prepare IR8A submissions via AIS
Reporting & Ad Hoc
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary
- Support any other duties assigned
