. Assist in the daily operation of Accounts of the Company and Group Companies which involve recording of transactions, managing expenses, preparing financial reports, annual budgeting etc.
. Prepare and submit monthly/yearly accounts to Head Office.
. Arrange the documentation for audit process and liaise with external auditors on all audit-related matters.
. Liaise with tax agent and prepare the required documents for quarterly and yearly tax return.
. Liaise with corporate secretary and arrange documents for annual return.
. Verify, prepare and process monthly payroll for crew members.
. Prepare crew contracts, termination forms, and maintain their documentation.
. Liaise with yacht crew and agents regarding operational, HR and admin matters.
. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
. Qualified Accounting/Finance
. Good to have a professional qualification in accounting
. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Accounting/Finance
. Preferable with work experience as a Corporate Accountant or similar role
. Good level of proficiency in MS Office such as Excel, Word & Outlook.
. Meticulous and attentive to detail.
. Knowledge & usage of accounting systems.
. Dynamic personality with ability to learn on the job
. Proficient in English both written and spoken
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Ability to communicate via email with various stakeholders
. Mainly handle Marine accounting
. Preferably able to commence with short notice
