Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

. Maintainfull sets of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.

. Preparemonthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis.

. Performgeneral ledger maintenance, journal entries, and BS account reconciliations.

Project Accounting & Cost Control

. Trackproject costs, revenue recognition, and project profitability.

. Supportproject managers with budget monitoring and cost analysis.

. Assistin tender costing and project financial reporting.

Tax & Statutory Compliance

. Prepareand submit GST returns.

. Ensurecompliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

. Supportannual statutory audit and corporate tax filing processes.

ERP/SystemMigration & Financial Data Reconciliation

. Support theimplementation and migration of accounting and finance systems, including datavalidation and user testing.

. Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepanciesarising from system migration activities.

Preferred Experience

. Experiencein engineering, construction, facilities management, or project-basedindustries.

. Familiaritywith project costing and revenue recognition

Qualifications

. Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

. Minimum 5 years working experience

. Experiencehandling full sets of accounts independently.
