Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting for the group holding company and European subsidiaries, ensuring full compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Prepare management reports and statutory financial statements for the group and overseas entities, to meet business operation and compliance requirements.
- Assist in daily fund management, including fund transfer, payment voucher preparation and review, and bank account maintenance.
- Take charge of the standardized management of cross-border trade documents, including issuance, stamping and filing.
- Assist in tax declaration of overseas entities, and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Support the Financial Director in following up on bank credit facilities, trade finance and other financing matters.
- Complete other finance-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or other related economics majors.
- At least 5 years of general ledger accounting experience in cross-border trade industry, with basic FP&A capability. Familiarity with overseas finance and tax rules is preferred.
- Proficient in Kingdee K3 and other financial ERP systems, as well as MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent written and reading skills in English and Chinese. Fluent oral English is preferred.
- CPA, ACCA or other recognized professional accounting qualifications are preferred.
- Meticulous, responsible, with good compliance awareness and communication skills.
