Accountant(Full Set of Accounts)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

• Perform monthly closing, bank reconciliation and journal entries.

• Process staff expense claims and reimbursements.

• Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and Singapore accounting regulations.

• Support other finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• 3-5 years relevant accounting experience

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Responsible and well organized

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office application

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English in order to manage teams overseas

• Fluent verbal Chinese communication skills in order to engage internal stakeholders
