Delish Culinary Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based food & beverage (F&B) operator established in April 2025, specialising in the operation and management of food and beverage outlets within licensed commercial premises. The company's first flagship project is located at 39A Soon Lee Road, Pioneer Lodge, Singapore 628089, within a newly developed foreign worker dormitory with an estimated capacity of 11,000 residents. At this site, Delish Culinary manages a commercial food shop with five food stalls, offering a curated mix of Indian, Halal, Asian, and fusion food concepts, alongside hot/cold beverages.

The accounting attachment role supports Delish Culinary's high-volume, multi-stall operations by ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations. A key commercial reference is the licence arrangement for the site's food shop operations (Food Shop with five food stalls) at 39A Soon Lee Road, under a licence period from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2027, including monthly licence charges and deposits that must be tracked and administered properly.

Specific Responsibilities

. Maintain full-set accounts, month-end closing, and key reconciliations (bank, AP/AR, accruals), with timely management reporting.

. Handle AP/AR end-to-end: invoice processing, payment runs, vendors & operator statement reconciliations, billing support, and collection follow-ups.

. Perform daily/weekly bank settlement reconciliations and investigate variances in a high-volume, multi-stall F&B setting.

. Administer licence/contract financial obligations for the Pioneer Lodge food shop-track monthly fees, deposits, and consumption-based utilities ensure payments and records align to the agreement.

. Support compliance and audit readiness (proper tax/GST coding where applicable, document control, and filing discipline).

. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis to support management & operational performance.

. Improve finance processes and internal controls, coordinating closely with operations, vendors, and management.

Technical Skills and Competencies

Accounting & Financial Reporting

. Strong grounding in double-entry accounting, general ledger management, and month-end close.

. Competent in preparing P&L, balance sheet, cashflow and reconciliation schedules.

. Understanding of expense classification and cost allocation relevant to multi-outlet/stall operations.

Contract/Obligation Accounting Competency

. Ability to interpret and operationalise commercial terms in day-to-day finance work, including:

o recurring licence fees, deposits, and payment cut-offs

o tracking term milestones and ensuring charges are posted accurately

o handling variable utilities charged via meter readings.

Contract

Regulatory & Compliance Awareness

. Working knowledge of Singapore business finance practices, including GST fundamentals, documentation standards, and audit readiness.

Systems & Digital Skills

. Proficiency in accounting software/ERP (e.g., Xero / QuickBooks / MYOB / SAP Business One or similar).

. Strong Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, lookups, SUMIFS, data cleaning Power Query is a plus).

. Familiarity with POS reconciliation concepts and bridging POS reports to bank settlements (highly relevant in F&B).

Analytical & Commercial Mindset

. Ability to analyse variances, identify cost leakages, and explain performance drivers clearly.

. Comfort working with high transaction volumes, recurring monthly obligations, and multi-party operational arrangements.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

. Clear written and verbal communication for coordination with operations, vendors, and management.

. Strong documentation habits to maintain a reliable audit trail and support governance standards.
