Accountant cum Human Resource

Job Summary

Lynn Aesthetic seeks an experienced accountant to manage full set accounts, payroll, GST submissions, budgeting, and HR-related duties, ensuring accurate financial and statutory compliance while working independently with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain full set accounts to ensure accurate financial records
• Generate payroll and commission reports to support timely employee compensation
• Submit GST returns to IRAS in compliance with statutory requirements
• Develop and monitor monthly and annual budgets to control expenditures
• Manage petty cash budgeting to track minor expenses effectively
• Perform CPF submissions, IRAS annual submissions, IR8A filings, and MOM applications to meet regulatory deadlines
• Execute general ad hoc duties to support accounting and administrative functions
• Handle HR duties including employee records and related processes
• Utilize Xero and Carbonate software proficiently to streamline accounting tasks
• Work independently and proactively to meet deadlines and improve processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role
• Experience in HR functions related to payroll and statutory submissions
