Accounting & Finance Support
Handle day-to-day accounting entries (AP, AR, GL, petty cash, journal entries).
Prepare supplier and subcontractor payments, ensuring proper
documentation and approvals.
Assist in progress claims preparation, invoicing to clients, and follow-up
on collections.
Support month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and preparation of
financial reports.
Maintain proper filing of accounting records and audit supporting
documents.
Assist in GST submissions and liaise with external auditors, tax agents,
and banks when required.
Administrative Duties
Manage office supplies, stationery, and service contracts (IT, utilities,
insurance, etc.).
Provide general administrative support to project and design teams.
Support directors and managers in scheduling meetings and general
office coordination.
Human Resources Support
Assist in recruitment process (posting job ads, arranging interviews,
coordinating with candidates).
Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files.
Process payroll, CPF submissions, leave and attendance records.
Compliance & Reporting
Assist TOP management with reports relating to manpower, HR, and
finance.
Team & Cross-Department Support
Coordinate closely with project teams and quantity surveyors to support
subcontractor payments and project accounts.
Key Skills
Proficient in MS Office, accounting software (e.g. Xero / QuickBooks /
MYOB), and HR/payroll systems. Has experiences on ERP system is a
surplus.
Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and HR regulations.
Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
