about the job
We're seeking a detail-oriented financial accounting professional to ensure accurate and timely accounting of company activities, including month-end close and general ledger management, while liaising with necessary counterparties for compliance. Responsibilities include preparing reports as needed, performing monthly consolidation of accounts, intercompany reconciliations, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and assisting in reviewing audited financial reports and tax compliance, with a focus on providing financial insights to guide strategic decisions and optimize profits.

skills and experience required

You must be at least Diploma qualified. You have worked for a Big 4/mid tier Audit firms or spent at least 3 years as an Accountant doing full sets of accounts. You need to have touched on consolidation of accounts and speak Mandarin so as to work effectively with counterparts in Malaysia and Taiwan who speak Mandarin as their primary language. They are on a hybrid work arrangement and the nearest MRT is along the downtown line. This role provides flexibility and there is worklife balance.
