Job Description

Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Manage clients portfolio of accounts
• Answer queries and advise clients effectively and promptly
• Bookkeeping for clients monthly/quarterly/yearly accounts, preparing of full set accounts, financial statements, including consolidation
• Prepare and filing of GST
• Calculation of corporate tax
• Prepare reporting documents i.e. financial statements to the relevant authority (ACRA) as required
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned
• Any other management and corporate services

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy/Finance/ACCA/CA equivalent
• At least 2-3 Years of working experience in the related field (full set of accounts/audit) is required for this position.
• Required Skills: Microsoft Office, MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero
• Familiarity with investment-related accounts and MAS incentive schemes
• Able to work under pressure / tight deadlines
• Able to handle clients queries in a timely and professional manner
• Able to work independently but with strong team ethics
