Accountant Associate (1 yr contract) #HZO

Salary: Up to $5.5K

Location: Somerset

Software: Microsoft Dynamics 365

Job Scope:

. Responsible for the monthly closing of full sets of accounts covering GL, AP, AR and Bank Reconciliation.

. Preparation of monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.

. Prepare quarterly GST filing activities, reconciliation and overall tax compliance.

. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax returns.

. Assist in annual audit.

. Ensure internal control policies and procedures are in compliance with Company policies and FRS.

. Identify areas to be improved and initiate good accounting control procedures and best practices to improve work efficiency.

. Additional ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

. Min. Diploma in Accountancy or Finance or other related qualifications

. Min. 2 years of working experience in handling transactions accounting, financial controls and reporting
