Job Summary
Manage comprehensive human resource functions within a construction company, driving effective recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and compliance to support business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and onboard qualified talent aligned with organizational needs
- Administer monthly payroll processing accurately to ensure timely employee compensation
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals to maintain regulatory compliance for foreign workers
- Coordinate and support staff training programs and government grant applications to enhance workforce capabilities
- Implement and maintain safe management measures in the office and arrange accommodation logistics for foreign workers
- Develop and execute HR policies, plans, processes, programs, and projects to support organizational objectives
- Drive employee engagement initiatives including company events and team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture
- Prepare documentation for ISO audits and business certification renewals to uphold quality standards
- Oversee building maintenance and facilities management to ensure a safe and functional work environment
- Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned to support operational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, Finance, or Accountancy
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and attention to detail under tight deadlines
- Effective team collaboration supported by strong management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience working in Human Resources or equivalent roles
