Job Summary

Manage comprehensive human resource functions within a construction company, driving effective recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and compliance to support business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and onboard qualified talent aligned with organizational needs
  • Administer monthly payroll processing accurately to ensure timely employee compensation
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals to maintain regulatory compliance for foreign workers
  • Coordinate and support staff training programs and government grant applications to enhance workforce capabilities
  • Implement and maintain safe management measures in the office and arrange accommodation logistics for foreign workers
  • Develop and execute HR policies, plans, processes, programs, and projects to support organizational objectives
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives including company events and team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Prepare documentation for ISO audits and business certification renewals to uphold quality standards
  • Oversee building maintenance and facilities management to ensure a safe and functional work environment
  • Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned to support operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, Finance, or Accountancy
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and attention to detail under tight deadlines
  • Effective team collaboration supported by strong management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience working in Human Resources or equivalent roles
