Accountant

Aerogaz (S) Pte Ltd is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. We are a multi-brand company operating across smart home automation and home appliances.

What You Will Be Doing

- Handling full sets of accounts independently, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing
- Preparing financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules accurately and on time
- Managing GST submissions and ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements
- Coordinating with internal teams across operations, sales, and management to ensure financial data is complete and accurate
- Supporting audits, liaising with external auditors, and preparing documentation required for year-end processes
- Maintaining organised and up-to-date financial records across multiple entities where required

What You Need to Have

- Minimum 3 years of experience handling full sets of accounts
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and business associates
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Able to manage deadlines and handle volume without compromising accuracy
- Positive working attitude and ability to collaborate well within a team
- Takes initiative, communicates clearly, and works independently

Bonus Points If You Have

- Prior experience with AutoCount accounting software
- Exposure to multi-brand accounting environments
