About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and meticulous Accountant & Admin Executive to join our growing team in Singapore. This is a dual-function role where you will oversee full-set accounting for our regional entities while ensuring the smooth administration of our local office.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong regional financial knowledge, and is well-versed in Singapore's employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Finance: Manage full-set accounts for Singapore, Malaysia, and other regional entities. Handle Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA).
- Document Management: Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and confidential documents.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
- Administrative Support: Provide general office administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Immigration & Employment Affairs: Manage applications and documentation for Employment Pass (EP), Visa, and Permanent Residency (PR) for employees.
- Other Duties: Perform ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements
- Location: Open to Singaporeans or Permanent Residents (PR) only.
- Qualifications: Degree in Accountancy or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA Singapore).
- Experience: Proven experience in full-set accounting and office administration.
- Software: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly preferred.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential to communicate with regional stakeholders and Chinese-speaking counterparts.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
