About The Company

A steadfast telecommunications MNC which is part of a larger listed conglomerate, they have anchored Singapore as their regional hub with business across emerging markets within Asia. As part of their growing business across the region, they are looking for an Accountant to transition their finance operations from the parent group to an in-house accounting model.

About The Job

Reporting to the General manager, you will be an individual contributor to transition the existing finance operations which has been managed by the parent group. You are responsible for monthly closing, reconciliations and reporting of their SEA operations. You will be hands-on in preparation of journal entries, raising intercompany invoices, while ensuring statutory compliance and liaising with tax agents and auditors. You will also support their monthly forecast and management reports.

Skills And Experience Required

You should ideally be accounting qualified with at least 5 years of hands-on accounting experience. You are independent, steadfast and grounded. You can look forward to working in a small business set up that provides hybrid work arrangements and a stable culture with tenured team members.
