Accountant (6 months contract)

• Location: Woodlands
• Working Timing : Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 6pm. Friday 8.30am - 5.30am
• Salary : $4300 to $5000 (subject to qualifications and experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Post and review journal entries in NetSuite

• Perform month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliations

• Maintain fixed asset register and run depreciation

• Prepare management reports, variance analysis, and forecasts

• Support grant and restricted fund tracking

• Assist in reports for government agencies, donors, and grantors

• Prepare audit schedules (PBCs) and support audit queries

• Prepare GST F5 returns

• Review AR/AP journals and verify payment, refund, and e-claims batches

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance

• ACCA / CPA preferred

• 2-5 years accounting experience

• Experience in non-profit, social services, or service-based organisations preferred

• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems

• Proficient in MS Excel (e.g. pivot tables, lookups)
