Client Management
Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts

Account Growth (Upsell & Cross-Sell)
Identify opportunities to upsell existing services and cross-sell new offerings
Proactively recommend solutions that align with client needs and business goals
Prepare proposals, estimates, and scope documents for additional work
Collaborate with sales and leadership teams on account growth strategies
Project & Internal Coordination
Translate client requirements into clear briefs for internal teams
Coordinate with creative, marketing, media, and/or technical teams to ensure timely delivery
Monitor timelines, budgets, and scope to prevent overruns
Flag risks early and help resolve issues before they escalate
Reporting & Performance
Track account performance and project progress
Prepare and present reports, updates, and results to clients
Use data and insights to inform recommendations and renewals
