Job Purpose:
The Account Service Executive (Inside Sales Representative) is responsible for generating new business and growing existing customer relationships by engaging prospects and clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
In addition, this role supports the sales cycle from lead qualification to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience and contributing to the company's revenue growth. The Inside Sales Representative works closely with the sales, marketing and product teams to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Drives Sales, communicating with customers, making cold calls to potential customers, following up on leads and project execution.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, addressing / understand client queries, concerns, feedback promptly and identifying sales opportunities.
- Continue education on product advantages to ensure customer loyalty and align with company goals.
- Manage new and existing deals through all stages of the sales cycle as per client expectations and agreements.
- Work with internal / external partners on price quotes, shipping, payment, resolving order problems, etc.
- Generates report to ensure that the orders booked are taken up for invoicing within the permitted time frames.
- Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information through emails or permitted devices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity
- Works with internal product sales teams to drive incremental revenue opportunities.
- Upselling and Cross-selling of products and services to existing partners.
- Maintain updated records of client interactions, transactions, and account activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and support contract renewals.
- Monitor client satisfaction and work proactively to resolve any issues.
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Qualifications / Preferred Skills:
- Diploma/Degree holder with minimum 1 year of inside sales or relevant experience in IT industry
- Customer-oriented with positive attitude
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Willingness to acquire new skills / product knowledge
