Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving business and sales objectives / targets.
Identify and hunt for new business opportunities within the Carrier space.
Manage key accounts and act as the primary point of contact for customers.
Build strategic account relationships across all levels (from Engineers to CEO) and develop new client relationships to achieve sales volume and profit goals.
Establish and grow a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
Capture qualified opportunities in Salesforce.com and nurture them through the full sales cycle (lead to close).
Prepare proposals and present tailored solutions to customers.
Lead and collaborate with internal teams to formulate competitive solutions and strategies in a highly competitive environment.
Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate pre-sales, post-sales, and support resources to ensure successful deal closure and implementation.
Degree / Diploma / ITE in Engineering or a related discipline, with experience in the telecommunications industry.
Overall 8+ years of experience in Sales, minimum 2 years of experience in IT or Telecommunications sales.
Familiarity with telecom services such as:
Dark Fiber
Leased Lines
Ethernet
MPLS
Colocation
Cloud Services
SDN (Software Defined Networking)
NFV (Network Functions Virtualization)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Independent, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure.
Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and creative problem-solving skills.
