Account Manager

About the Role
Drive commercial growth for a top global engagement marketing agency. You will act as a strategic partner managing key regional accounts across Singapore and APAC.

Key Responsibilities
* Account Strategy: Develop annual action plans, conduct needs assessments, and advocate for key clients internally.
* Commercial Growth: Identify account expansion opportunities, lead proposal pitches/RFPs, and up sell event and communication solutions.
* Team & Financial Oversight: Oversee project budgets, manage multi-functional project teams, and resolve commercial challenges smoothly.
* Consultative Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor, translating client objectives into practical agency solutions.

Key Requirements
* 5+ years in account management or client success within events, hospitality, or marketing agencies.
* Proven experience managing major client portfolios, pitches, and event budgets.
* Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred.
