We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join a leading global semiconductor distributor. In this role, you will act as the vital link between world-class component manufacturers and a diverse portfolio of electronics innovators. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless supply chain execution in the fast-paced APAC market.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.
- Demand Creation & Design-In: Support the overseas technical sales team in identifying design-in opportunities within customer projects, focusing on Memory, Logic, and Analog solutions.
- Supply Chain & Inventory Control: Monitor customer forecasts and coordinate with logistics teams to manage buffer stocks, avoiding production delays and minimizing line-down risks.
- RFQ & Pricing Strategy: Manage the Request for Quote (RFQ) process, negotiating pricing and terms that balance market competitiveness with company profitability.
- Market Analysis: Track regional industry trends, competitor movements, and lead-time fluctuations to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Internal Coordination: Bridge the gap between the customer's procurement team and internal departments (Finance, Logistics, and Field Application Engineering).
Ideally, you should possess
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the electronic component distribution or semiconductor industry.
- Basic knowledge on semiconductor ecosystem (e.g., DRAM, NAND, MCUs or PMICs) and the typical electronic manufacturing lifecycle.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle) for order and backlog management.
- Proficiency in English and a regional language (Korean/Mandarin/Vietnamese)
- A hunter mentality for new business combined with the meticulousness required for complex supply chain management.
