About the Role
The role involves developing business opportunities and pipelines that lead to sales closure, with the goal of achieving monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop Business opportunities, pipelines which lead to sales closure and to achieve monthly sales targets
- Identify and pursue prospects through various lead generated activities, including direct mailing, cold-calling and referral program
- Meet with prospects to understand their purchase decision makers, decision making process criteria and their needs
- Provide value propositions, prepare quotes, leading to the conclusion of sales
- Continuous engagement of existing customers
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 - 3 year of direct outdoor selling experience and managing medium size sales accounts
- Passionate in engaging customers and provide excellent service
- Comfortable and committed for an up to 60% outdoor Role
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in sales techniques and customer engagement
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a similar industry
- Familiarity with CRM software
Pay range and compensation package
